Taylor Swift’s representative confirmed to CNN that she donated the above amount. The initial goal of the GoFundMe fund is to raise $75,000 to financially support the Lopez-Galvan family after the tragedy. As of the morning of February 16, more than 182,000 USD had been donated.
Taylor Swift previously donated to charity for the victims of the shooting in March 2018. She wrote on Instagram at the time: “No one should have to go to school, nightclubs or concerts, or movie theaters without fear of gun violence.
