The 39-year-old rapper revealed this information in a recent interview with VladTV: “They gave me and Taylor an invitation to perform somewhere in the UAE – she 9 million USD, I 1 million USD”.
Last December, French Montana caused a stir when he posted an offer for him to perform for one million USD and another person for 9 million USD, but that person’s name was hidden by the rapper. French Montana captioned: “Someone just sent me an invitation to a show, who do you think got paid $9 million?”.
It is unclear why Taylor Swift did not accept the invitation. Representative of vocalist Cruel Summer refused to comment on this information.
According to Page Six, money is not an issue for Taylor Swift. She was just honored as a billionaire by Forbes magazine earlier this month. “The 34-year-old pop star has amassed an estimated fortune of $1.1 billion, based on earnings from his blockbuster tour, the value of his music catalog and his real estate portfolio,” Forbes reported.
Additionally, Swift became the “first artist to achieve a 10-figure fortune” based solely on songs and performances.
Taylor Swift is currently enjoying some time off between her Eras Tour world tour. She ended her Asia-Pacific tour in March and will go to Europe to perform in May. According to Rolling Stone , Taylor’s tour achieved record revenue in the music industry with more than one billion USD.
