The Oceania region only has 1 place with the club Auckland City (New Zealand) participating, while the South America region with 6 places has 3 clubs participating including Palmeiras, Flamengo and Fluminense, all from Brazil.

The new version of the Club World Cup 2025 with 32 leading global clubs participating, takes place from June 15 to July 13, 2025 in the US. Clubs eligible to participate will receive from FIFA from 25 million USD to 70 million USD depending on the region and reputation of the club. The deeper you progress into the tournament, the more prize money the clubs will receive.

Accordingly, the 32 clubs participating in the 2025 Club World Cup will be divided into 8 groups, each group has 4 teams with the top 2 teams in each group entering the knock-out round.
