Murray and the Nuggets were frustrated throughout the game as the defending NBA champions fell 2-0 in the series. But it cannot justify the Canadian player’s impulsive actions.

Murray scored only 8 points on 3-of-18 shooting for the entire game. It was an underwhelming performance from Murray. As for the $100,000 fine, it is the largest fine given to a player since 2023 after James Harden criticized Philadelphia 76ers head Daryl Morey as a “liar.”
