Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry appears to be enjoying himself immensely while the NBA is on vacation. With the Warriors season not starting for another month, Curry is currently spending time with his son Canon.

In a recent Instagram video, Stephen Curry demonstrates to Canon how to become a better basketball shooter while practicing on an outdoor court.

Stephen Curry is arguably the best basketball player in history to pick up shooting techniques from. In 2021–2022 at Madison Square Garden, Curry set a record for the most three-pointers made in a game against the New York Knicks. Curry is currently widely considered the best shooter in NBA history.

Curry has had an incredible career, taking home four championships, two MVP honors, and the 2022 Finals MVP title. By their high standards, the Warriors’ season-ending loss to the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round made their performance disappointing.

But Curry’s outstanding performance persisted in 2022–2023. Despite injuries and team conflicts, Curry had one of his best seasons ever, and he bears a large portion of the credit for Golden State’s playoff berth.

Curry and his teammates will still want to improve on a dismal 2022–2023 campaign. The Phoenix Suns and the Warriors will play their season opener at the Chase Center on October 24.
